Jorge brings more than 25 years of hands-on experience in concrete construction. His knowledge of the trade, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship are at the foundation of every Cova Concrete project. He oversees field operations and works closely with our crews to ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Laura brings 25+ of experience in hospitality sales and account management, including managing national corporate accounts, group business, and catered events. Her background required coordinating contracts, timelines, client expectations, and countless details from the initial booking through final execution. Known for being highly detail-oriented and organized, Laura now brings those strengths to Cova Concrete, overseeing estimating, contracts, client communication, scheduling, and business operations.
